Other buildings include a new 50 bail rotary cowshed (built in 2006), 6 bay implement/calf rearing shed and 3 bay implement/workshop shed.
Irrigation water is sourced via three 90m deep wells and fed via underground mainline to Briggs rotorainers and hand shift sprinklers. The irrigation is designed so that irrigators only have to be shifted once a day.
