Set up in 2003, the office was created to facilitate and communicate the link between the farms and their shareholders so that all the partners involved can operate in an environment conducive to creating value and operational performance within a safe business environment.
The office was born from the need to provide a professional administrative structure for the equity farming ventures which shareholders are involved with. These equity ventures involve partners located in various parts of New Zealand. Keeping them informed and making them a part of the decision making process has become considerably easier and more streamlined since the systems and documentation developed by the office have been in place. The office is also the central point for dealing with the Groups key stakeholders outside the organisation.
The office provides a range of financial and administrative services for all of the company farms. The Spectrum Group Office is located in Te Awamutu in the North Island and currently has a staff of four.
