In the 2009/2010 season Chertsey Dairies will milk 780 cows on 207 ha. Chertsey Dairies is deep Lismore silt loam and is irrigated by three Rotorainers and a few single shift sprinklers. The accommodation consists of an established three bedroom Managers home, and two brick three bedroom homes, along with a two bedroom single workers accommodation which is a converted shipping container.
The Farm Dairy is a 50 bail rotary, with a Read Plant. There are slide pulsators, a small vet race, an in-place grain feeding system, molasses feeders and an automatic teat sprayer.
