During 2007 the existing shareholders of Spectrum Dairies decided that in order to continue to offer quality farming opportunities for existing and incoming shareholders a modification of the company structure was required. This new organisation is now known as Spectrum Group and has three main entities as follows:

Owns a cornerstone shareholding in farms based in Mid-Canterbury, Southland and Missouri.

Provides support and management functions to all of the Group’s companies.
