Quintag Farm Description
Quintag Holdings Ltd is 322 hectares milking 1240 cows. Farm buildings include a 50 bail rotary shed with an attached AI area, a three bay grain/ bobby calf shed, seven bay calf shed, workshop, chemical shed, bike shed and two x three bay hay sheds.
Housing includes a new (built 2007) four bedroom managers house with an office and a bedroom attached to the garage with an ensuite. A second dwelling consists of three bedrooms with sleepout, double garage and single carport, a third dwelling has three bedrooms with an attached carport. The fourth dwelling is a four bedroom house used for single employees, the house has two bathrooms, a large living area and a five bay carport.
Quintag is fully irrigated running four rotorainers and 38 small sprinkler systems on a 13 day return delivering 53 ml per ha/day. There are four wells supplying the water for irrigation and stockwater.
