Tallarook Farm Description
Tallarook farm has a total area of 292 hectares. Subdivided into 26 paddocks with two central lanes. The contour is flat with Lismore stoney soil type. Established shelters of pine surround the property.
Three wells service the irrigation system. A centre pivot on a three day return irrigates 90 hectares while three rotorainers on a nine day return and sprinklers irrigate 200 hectares. (Nov / March).

Farm buildings include 50 bail rotary Farm Dairy fitted with Nu Pulse plant, meal feeder and flood wash system. There is a tractor and machinery shed and calf barn.
Staff accommodation consists of two brick homes, one two bedroom brick home and one three bedroom brick home currently being used as single quarters. The quarters are supplied with TV, washing machine microwave, fridge and small appliances.
Both homes are high quality, have gas heating, and a heat pump with modern furnishings and established lawns and gardens.
Approximately 1100 cows split into two herds are milked. 240 heifer calves will be reared and grazed off farm.
