Our People

At the heart of Spectrum Group success, are the people.

People are at the heart of the business we operate. Spectrum Group is operated by a Limited Partnership structure and is governed by a General Partner that employs 2 shareholding directors and 2 independent directors.

Our management team is led by Managing Director, Mike O'Connor, and Business Manager, Shona Quinlan.  A hallmark of Spectrum Group is the autonomous operating model which means all Farm Business Managers report directly to the Managing Director.

Spectrum aims to lead the way in farming employment and looks at unique ways to attract and retain its people.  Innovative thinking means we believe we can offer lifetime careers for those who are part of the Spectrum family.
